Buwġi is a green and black olive tapenade, flavoured with olive oil and balanced off with green chillies, sultanas, black pepper, sea salt and a hint of marjoram.
Olives 65.8% (Green olives and Kalamata olives), Extra virgin olive oil, Sultanas, Green chillies 7.4%, Sugar, Vinegar, Black Pepper, Marjoram.
